GxFS High Voltage Rectifier Series
February 22, 2011 - Dean Technology, Inc. is pleased to announce the GxFS high-voltage rectifier product family. The GxFS series replaces the discontinued 20,000, 25,000, and 30,000 volt rated GxFP diodes. The GxFS products have an identical package size to the discontinued parts, and maintain the same electrical performance and specifications. The GxFS products will have a blue cathode band in place of a white wavy band previously used on the GxFP parts.
New GxFSA High Voltage Rectifier Series
December 21, 2010 - Dean Technology, Inc. is pleased to announce the new GxFSA high-voltage rectifier product family. The GxFSA series is an upgrade of the existing GxFS products for the 2,000 to 5,000 volt range, which will be discontinued in 2011. The GxFSA product enhancements include a smaller package size while maintaining the same electrical performance and specifications.
