Mechanical Mixer Assembler
DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the mixing, pouring and processing a variety of materials designed to protect our specialized electronic products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mix proper amounts of resin and hardener materials and able to pour correct amount of mixed material carefully into molds and forms. Ability to use specialized equipment such as vacuum chambers to evacuate air from mixed material. Load product into ovens and ensure proper curing times are reached
Other job functions may include mechanical assembly of a variety of molds and product and cleaning of molds and product.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Be able to lift from 25 – 55 pounds. Will need to stand for long periods of time. Dexterity and eye sight for precise mixing and pouring tasks. Must be a High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing work.
PREFERABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be familiar with manufacturing/assembly process. Ability to think independently while successfully functioning as a team.

There will be a 90 day evaluation period for as a Mechanical Mixer Assembler.
