Dean Technology's range of high voltage diodes offer a repetitive peak reverse voltage up to 45kV, fast recovery down to 20nS, and forward current up to 2.5A. Models include both axial lead or surface mount diodes.
Applications for DTI's diodes include high voltage power supplies, medical equipment, instrumentation, control systems, voltage multipliers, and military. If needed, we customize our entire line of standard products to meet application requirements.
