Dean Technology Inc. (DTI), a world leading manufacturer of electronic components, is excited to announce a new line of high voltage silicon rectifiers to add to its product catalog, the high power HPD Series.

HPD Series rectifier products range from 1600 to 2200V and can flow 10A of average forward current. They are available in standard recovery versions for slow switching applications or fast recovery (75ηsec) for more efficient, fast switching performance. All the products in the HPD series line are packaged in the industry standard TO-220, 2-pin form factor.
