The building is also designed to be energy efficient, with LED lighting, smart building automation, and efficient heating and air conditioning. The move was completed in the first weeks of April, and all company operations are at full capacity.

Dean Technology invests heavily on product development, process improvements, and quality enhancements. This new corporate headquarters and factory is an integral part of the company’s efforts to continue this into the future.

“Facilities are the core of a manufacturing business. If your space is crowded or out of date, you can’t keep up in the market,” said Craig Dean, CEO of Dean Technology, Inc. “We spent a lot of time and resources to ensure this new building is the very best, and that DTI is positioned to continue to be a leader in high voltage manufacturing. We have a lot of very exciting new technology that we are working to introduce in the near future, and this new space gives us a great platform to launch all of those new products.”

With an extensive new product roadmap, additional production and inventory space will be required. This new building was planned with that expansion in mind, and it will allow Dean Technology to stay ahead of their expected growth. The company is already seeing the immediate benefits of the new facility, and it is certain that this relocation will have continued positive impact on all of its employees, partners, and customers.
