SL Series Additions – Long Surface Mount Diodes News

Dean Technology, Inc., today announced the addition of three more parts to its SL series of surface mount high voltage diodes. The three new parts, the SLA20S, SLA25S, and SLA30S bring the highest voltage rating seen in a surface mount diode with peak inverse voltage ratings of 20,000, 25,000 and 30,000 volts respectively.
OPC10M – Optocoupler / Optical Switch News

Dean Technology, Inc., today announced the introduction of a new high voltage optocoupler, the OPC10M. This 10 kV optical switch is able to variably control a high voltage output up to 10,000 volts by adjusting a reference low voltage input, and is the first product in a new set of optical devices that DTI will be introducing in its HVCA line of products over the coming months.

Dean Technology, Inc., today announced the introduction of a new high voltage surface mount diode package, and the first four diodes in the new SL series. The new package is longer than other high voltage surface mount diodes, and will allow for a much wider range of voltage and current performance. The first four products released in this new size are the SLP05M, SLP10M, SLU08M, and SLU15M, ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 volts with current handling up to 1,000 mA.
ST1, ST2, & ST3 Series – High Voltage Ceramic Capacitor Stacks News

Dean Technology, Inc., today announced the introduction of its new line of high voltage ceramic capacitor stacks the ST1, ST2, and ST3 series. These are a new line of stacked ceramic disc capacitors, with three different terminal types that range from 6,000 to 12,000 volts and 130 to 1,000 picofarads per disc. They are made from Class II ceramic dielectric materials, with noble metal electrodes, and are all RoHS compliant.
PMT Series – Microsize DC / DC High Voltage Power Supplies News

Dean Technology, Inc., today announced the introduction of its PMT series of high voltage, microsize, DC / DC power supplies. The series offers standard parts with input voltages of 12, 15, and 24 volts, and outputs up to 1,500 volts and 1 watt. All parts in the series are UL Recognized Components and have CE certification.
