Dean Technology's range of power components modules offer a repetitive peak reverse voltage and off-state blocking voltage from 400 to 1600V and forward current 27 to 1000A. Models are offered in three product lines, the CKKD, CKKH, and CKKT series, which are diode/diode, diode/thyristor, and thyristor/thyristor, respectively.
Features for DTI's power components include an industrial standard package with simplified mechanical designs, rapid assembly, and high surge capability.
