Extreme temperatures require an exceptional high voltage diode. The HV Component Associates HVTD series is such a device. Rated to 7,000 Volts and temperatures to 200oC it is ideal for down hole, seismographic, automotive and traction applications. With a max forward current (Ifavm) in oil of 1 mA and a maximum reverse current (Ir) of 30.0 μA (18.0 μA typical) it is one of the highest temperature rated High Voltage Diodes available.
