High Voltage, Medium Power, Silicon Diodes Offered on Tape and Reel

HVCA now offers the 2CL2 series of axial leaded medium power, high voltage diodes in 3,000 piece tape and reel packaging.
HV Component Associates (HVCA), now offers the 2CL2 series of axial leaded Medium Power, High Voltage Diodes in 3,000 piece tape and reel packaging. The diodes are found in x-ray equipment (medical, dental, industrial and security), induction heating and in high voltage power supplies.
Physically the 2CL2 series is 0.60” (15.24mm) long, 0.170” (4.30mm) diameter with 0.030” (.76mm) leads. The diodes are available in fast or standard recovery. Examples of electrical ratings are from 8kV/100mA (2CL2F) and 10kV/100mA (2CL2FK) to the 30kV/75mA (2CL2FP).
